From I-79 South:
Take exit 105 for PA-108 toward Slippery Rock,
Turn left on PA-108 East,
Go 4 miles, the office is just before the stop light,
on the left in Town Center Plaza.
From I-79 North
Take exit 113 for PA-208/PA-258 toward Grove City
Turn left on PA-208 East/PA-258 South
After 0.4 mi , take the 1st right onto PA-258 South, at the light.
Continue to follow PA-258 South 7.4 mi.
At stop light, turn right on New Castle St.
Office is immediately on right after BP station,
in Town Center Plaza.
From I-80 West
Exit onto I-79 South and follow I-79 South directions, above.
From I-80 East
Take exit 29 for PA 8,
Go south on PA 8 for 8.1 miles.
Turn right onto PA 108, go 3.5 miles, into Slippery Rock.
Healthfix is just past the traffic light, on the right,
in Town Center Plaza.
From Butler/ Route 8 South
Take PA 8 to PA 173 North, turn left onto 173.
Go 4.6 miles, turn left at 2nd light, on to PA 108/New Castle St.
Healthfix is immediately on the right, in Town Center Plaza.
